Buckingham Palace is set to issue an important update about King Charles after Prince Andrew's latest scandal portrayed the royals in a negative light.

According to Princess Catherine's fanpage on Instagram, the monarch is expected to announce the next state visit of a key political figure, indicating that he is focused on his royal duties amid the Duke of York's noticeable downfall.

The social media account claimed that the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, will pay a visit to the UK on the invitation of King Charles in early December this year.

Prince William and Princess Kate will likely play key roles during the upcoming royal gathering.

It is important to mention that the latest update about the state visit came after Andrew's shocking email to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein emerged in the media.

According to the Mail, the Duke of York said to the controversial financier that we are "in this together" after the former working royal's infamous photo with Virginia Giuffre was published.

Andrew, who claimed to have no contacts with Epstein, wrote in his message, "I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it."

"Otherwise, keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!" he added.

Notably, Sarah Ferguson's husband concluded the email using his royal titles, "A, HRH The Duke of York, KG."

Since the email scandal, all eyes are on King Charles about his next move as Britons want a permanent ban on the 'disgraced' duke.
