Prince Archie, Princess Lilibet secret wish for Prince George revealed
Prince William, Princess Kate’s children bond with Prince Harry’s children laid bare
Prince Harry, who finally reunite with his father King Charles this month, has been reportedly making plans to bring his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, back to the UK one day.
However, ever since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex settled in their life in Montecito, the children had no connection to their royal cousins, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7. Moreover, the estrangement between Harry and Prince William has also not helped the case.
Despite the messy situation, royal experts have claimed that Archie and Lilibet are missing out on core memories which would lead to emotional family drama. According to royal expert Hugo Vickers, the children would have secret hopes of being around their cousins no matter how their parents feel about it.
“I worry about the children because there’s going to come a point when they’re going to say, why haven’t I met my grandfather on either side?” the expert told The Sun, noting that Harry is “storing up a lot of emotional problems” for them.
Vickers said that if Harry “doesn’t reconcile properly with the firm his children could grow up in California never knowing that their royal relatives”.
“If I was being brought up in California, and I suddenly discovered that my first cousin was likely to be king one day, I would like to get to know him, obviously,” he said referring to Prince George, second in line to the throne.
“One day, as they grow up, they’re going to get irritated by having had the backs of their heads photographed and used for promotion, and never having met their grandfathers, either side.”
