Lana Del Rey is setting the record straight about her appearance after years of speculation from fans. On Tuesday, September 23, the 40-year-old Grammy winner told followers that she has never undergone plastic surgery.
The clarification came after Del Rey, born Elizabeth Grant, responded to an Instagram post reflecting on her 2008 Kill Kill EP, which she released under the name Lizzy Grant.
“lizzy grant u will never be forgotten,” the post read. Del Rey jumped into the comments, writing, “Ugh she never went anywhere, no more of that.”
From there, a fan page reshared screenshots of her response, sparking fresh conversation about her look over the years.
One fan commented, “Her natural nose was so perf.” Del Rey replied directly, making her stance clear.
“Still never even been under the knife or anesthesia in my life for the 15th year in a row!!” She added that her doctor once performed a quick filler procedure that “built up the bridge of [her] nose,” which gave the appearance of change without surgery.
While setting the record straight about her appearance, Del Rey also looked ahead with excitement to her future in music and live performance.
Recently spotted in Beverly Hills, she shared her enthusiasm about Coachella, where she headlined last year. Speaking to TMZ, she called the festival one of her favorites, alongside Stagecoach, which takes place on the same Indio, California, grounds.
The singer also expressed her support for Justin Bieber, who will headline Coachella for the first time in 2026.
Bieber confirmed the news by sharing the festival’s lineup on X, where he will appear alongside fellow headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Anyma.
