Kate Hudson reveals her latest beauty obsession

Kate Hudson has recently unveiled her beauty secret, revealing her new go-to-skincare treatment.

The 46-year-old actress, known for her Academy Award-nominated role in the 2000 film Almost Famous, offered fans a glimpse into her skincare routine.

On Monday, September 8, the Bride Wars star shared her visit to skin expert Nurse Jamie on Instagram Stories.

The Running Point actress posted a picture from the waiting room and penned, “Quick trip to visit my favorite @nursejamiela.”

In another slide, the Talk About Love singer could be seen undergoing an Opus Plasma treatment, captioning, “We did a quick Opus Plasma session.”

The Never Made A Moment hitmaker later posted a mirror selfie showing the results of the procedure and wrote, “Only took 15 minutes and my skin is feeling fresh and ready for the week.”

This comes on the heels of Hudson discussing her beauty routine in an interview with Good Housekeeping last year.

In that conversation, she shared, “My mom has been cold plunging and doing saunas since the 1970s; I think that both are brilliant for you. If I do a cold plunge before bed, I’ll have an amazing night’s sleep, even if I just hop into cold water for 30 seconds.”

Hudson also praised Nurse Jamie’s laser treatments, saying, “I love the results I get from laser treatments and I prefer them to injectables or fillers. I’ve been seeing Hollywood skincare expert Nurse Jamie since my early 30s.”

On professional front, Hudson is currently gearing up for Song Sung Blue, which is slated for release on December 25, 2025.
