Prince Andrew’s friend Hofit Golan made a striking impression on the red carpet at the third annual Knights of Charity Gala in Cannes not just for her sparkling outfit, but for her cheeky relationship reveal.
The Israeli socialite, known for her high-profile connections including a close friendship with the Duke of York, attended the star-studded event at the iconic Château de la Croix des Gardes, the very location where Alfred Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief was filmed.
Also in attendance was Sarah, Duchess of York. When asked about her love life, Golan who has previously dated Egor Tarabasov and actor Drake Bell offered a cryptic but playful response.
According to the Mail, the 39-year-old teased, "Well, who says I don’t have a nice gentleman? A certain royal one, too."
Despite dropping a tantalising hint about dating a royal, Hofit is keeping her lips sealed when it comes to her mystery man’s identity.
Attending the third annual Knights of Charity Gala in Cannes, the glamorous socialite sparked speculation after teasing a romance with a royal figure.
When pressed for details, Golan remained coy, telling reporters, "Sometimes press is not the best thing for a relationship. It will last longer."
Andrea Bocelli delivered a breathtaking performance, while other VIP guests included singer songwriter Robin Thicke and champagne mogul Gregory Verlet.
Among the standout appearances was Sarah, Duchess of York, who dazzled in a jewel green Dara gown by Safiyaa, valued at £1,095.
The 65-year old royal completed her look with a chic pink Furla clutch worth £295 proving once again she knows how to bring the glamour.
