Denise Richards vs Aaron Phypers: Divorce takes an ugly turn
Aaron Phypers filed for divorce on July 7 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’
Denise Richards vs Aaron Phypers saga further intensifies as matters become too serious after Richards got a temporary restraining order against him.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum had filed for a restraining order accusing her estranged husband for physically abusing her during the time they were married.
The 54-year-old filed a petition against her ex claiming, “Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
However, when Us Weekly approached Phypers to confirm or deny the allegations, he categorically refuted the claims.
“Not true. Conjured up. I have the real evidence,” he shared with the outlet.
The Wild Things star even recalled a fight between the separated couple July 4. The fight happened as per Richards’ account over their shared home.
As per her version of the story, Phypers showed up uninvited at Richards’ separate townhouse. Her claims include him screaming profanities at her “within two inches” of her face.
Moreover, she also elaborated that later in the day, “Aaron chased me and grabbed both of my arms forcefully and pushed me and dragged me to the ground.”
The accusations do not end there.
The filing also read, “I landed on the stairs, causing immense pain. Aaron stole my laptop and sent private messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission.”
She also revealed that the Dirty Hands actor also owned ‘eight unregistered guns’.
