Prince William fights back tears amid Prince Andrew update
Prince Andrew takes sigh of relief Investigation related to Jeffrey Epstein ends
Future king William held back his tears at an emotional service in London following a major update on the Prince Andrew investigation.
The Prince of Wales broke cover to attend a moving service at the 7/7 Memorial Gardens in Hyde Park on Monday, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the 2005 bombings.
The 43-year-old looked visibly emotional as he joined survivours of the London terrorist attacks and family members of victims.
During his solo appearance, the heir to the British throne laid flowers at the memorial in memory of the 52 people who were killed and 700 injured in the horror bombings during London's morning rush hour.
William's outing comes amid reports that his uncle Prince Andrew took a sigh of relief as an investigation related to Jeffrey Epstein concludes
The Duke of York will feel he is "off the hook" after an FBI memo said there was no Epstein client list and there would be no further charges, a biographer told Newsweek.
In a New York civil lawsuit, Virginia Giuffre alleged that Epstein trafficked her in the early 2000s to London, New York and the US Virgin Islands to have sex with the prince when she was 17. Andrew denied the allegation and settled out of court, paying a substantial sum but admitting no liability. Giuffre died by suicide in April.
Now, a Department of Justice and FBI memo seen by ABC News and Axios appears to confirm that there will be no new charges as a review ordered by President Donald Trump "did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties."
