George, Charlotte, and Louis eagerly await freedom as big day nears
The Prince and Princess of Wales three children are counting down to an exciting day
School’s almost out for Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis as the royal siblings look forward to exciting summer holidays.
The final bell of the school year at Lambrook School will ring on Saturday, July 5. This marks the start of their long summer break and the unofficial kickoff to family adventures ahead with their parents, Prince William and Princess Kate.
Since 2022, 11-year-old George, 10-year-old Charlotte and 7-year-old Louis have thrived at Lambrook, just a short drive from Windsor Castle.
The Mail previously reported that the Wales family plans to spend time at their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, where they’ll enjoy bike rides and sailing trips on the countryside estate.
Although their summer plans remain unconfirmed, insiders say the kids will likely join William and Kate at Balmoral Castle in the Scottish Highlands later this summer.
When Lambrook reopens on September 3, George will enter his final year before transitioning in 2026 to a new school — widely tipped to be Eton College, where his father the Prince of Wales studied.
One half‑term at Eton currently costs £21,099.60, with three half terms comprising one school year. However, the move keeps George close to home and continuity for his siblings, who will continue at Lambrook for years to come.
