Beatrice's gown sparks memories of Princess Kate's fashion famous moment
Beatrice completed the look with a statement 'rainbow' box clutch by Charlotte Olympia
Princess Beatrice looked like a vision at a recent birthday celebration as she stepped out in a vintage gown by The Vampire's Wife.
Interestingly, it is the same label famously worn by Princess Kate in a now-iconic fashion moment that went viral. Beatrice's shimmering navy dress drew instant comparisons to the emerald Falconetti gown Kate wore during her 2020 visit to Dublin-a look later dubbed 'the dress of the decade' by Vogue.
However, Beatrice's eye-catching navy gown featured the brand's hallmark elements: a shimmering finish, short sleeves, and delicate ruffled trim. It has been the second time Beatrice chose to wear the same outfit including 2023 event in New York.
This time, she completed the look with a statement 'rainbow' box clutch by Charlotte Olympia.
Over the years, Princess Beatrice has become a faithful supporter of The Vampire Wife, known for its metallic fabrics and jewel-toned pieces.
Her fashion history with the label includes the Corduroy Festival dress for the BBC Earth Experience and a vibrant pink Toto gown for Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee.
To note, it was her solo outing as Princess Beatrice's husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's was away on business trip to Australia for promoting his real estate development firm, Banda Property.
