Meghan Markle is giving fans a peek behind the curtain of As Ever.
A day after being accused of not making her own jams and spreads, the Duchess of Sussex shared a behind-the-scenes video that shows her hands-on approach to the lifestyle brand.
“A little behind the scenes of @aseverofficial,” Meghan, 43, wrote in the caption. ”Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week!” she added.
The footage offers a glimpse inside Meghan’s Montecito home, which she shares with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the latter of whom also makes a brief appearance towards the end of the video.
Throughout the reel, the former Suits star is shown handling ingredients for As Ever’s range of products, including teas, honey, cookie mixes, and spreads. From inspecting raspberries in her garden to pouring jam into jars, Meghan is clearly seen involved in the process.
The video is a stark contrast to the accusation made by Donna Collins, who is the owner of The Jelly Queens and a MasterChef alum.
“I don’t know who’s making her spread, but we all know it’s not Meghan,” Collins told the Daily Mail. “It sounds like they really don’t know what they’re doing,”
She went on to call the spread “a real disappointment.”
