The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's another staff shake-up dubbed 'bloodbath'
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle suffered a big blow amid reports that the Sussexes brought changes to their staff once again.
According to People, four members of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's team have left in recent times. The couple, who resides in Montecito, has hired new professionals to help them get through a crisis.
Now, speaking of the constant changes in the former working royals' team, royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News, "This stands as another indication of the dysfunction and instability within their household."
She added, "Highly qualified professionals from many top-notch firms have previously struggled to thrive under the Sussexes. This latest bloodbath serves as solid confirmation."
Earlier, Hello! Magazine reported that Harry and Meghan hired the most "incredible people at the top of their fields," yet the couple often found themselves in trouble.
Another royal commentator, Richard Fitzwilliams raised questions about the pair's work ethics as allegedly 20 people have left their team.
He said, "Something is clearly very wrong if you work for the Sussexes."
"There are those who would link this to the reputation Meghan has of being difficult to work with," which she has denied.
From making the Polo documentary to giving a bombshell interview on BBC, Richard believes that Harry and Meghan are often "dreadful at making plans."
Notably, the royal expert warned the Duke and Duchess of the consequences of their twerking video.
"This will haunt them. With judgments as bad as this… you can’t blame staff for looking elsewhere," Richard said.
