The pair graced he event at the Royal Cornwall Showground to celebrate Cornish heritage through agriculture, food and entertainment.
The show, which has been running for more than two centuries, is organised by the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association. It aims to promote agriculture and related industries across the region.
The venue hosts annual awards including best newcomer and the overall Cornish Food Champion, celebrating the region's thriving food and drink industry.
The Duchess of Edinburgh also visited LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming), an organisation of which she is patron. LEAF promotes sustainable food and farming practices through circular approaches to agriculture and food systems.
