Prince Harry and Meghan introduced new members to their team amid growing tensions with King Charles over surname drama.
According to Hello! Magazine, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hired professionals in Team Sussex as the couple expanded their careers.
Meghan released her cooking series, With Love, Meghan, on Netflix, which received mixed reviews from fans. She recently wrapped the first season of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder alongside making big plans for lifestyle brand As Ever.
On the other hand, Harry organised a successful seventh Invictus Games in Canada with other charitable works.
However, the Duke made it to the negative headlines due to a BBC interview following a legal setback in a UK security case.
Now, it is reported that Emily Robinson has "joined [Harry and Meghan's] team as their Director of Communications after 20 years of experience in entertainment publicity including with Netflix."
The Sussexes' in-house staff have also partnered with Method Communications, "an integrated relations and marketing agency that combines earned, owned, paid and shared media to help brands capture the spotlight and achieve meaningful business outcomes."
It is important to note that the couple adopted the new strategy after Daily Mail Richard Eden claimed that Prince Harry sought advice from his uncle Earl Spencer about changing his royal surname to Spence, in honour of his late mother Princess Diana.
Harry's alleged move raised eyebrows as many royal experts stated that he once again closed the doors of reconciliation on him.
