King Charles met with a key political figure in Canada after his son Prince Harry attempted to steal the spotlight with his latest public appearance in Shanghai.

As per Buckingham Palace, the King held an important meeting with Canada's Prime Minister on Monday.

A delightful photo has been released on the royal family's official Instagram page, showcasing the beaming monarch, Queen Camilla, posing with Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney and his wife Diana Fox Carney at Rideau Hall. 

Notably, the King's tour to Canada holds a great amount of significance after President Donald Trump's shocking comment to make the country the 51st state of the United States.
