Jamshed to replace Hafeez, ICC gives go ahead
LAHORE: The International Cricket Council’s (ICC) technical committee on Sunday approved Nasir Jamshed as Muhammad Hafeez’s replacement who will be unable to play the World Cup 2015 on account of a foot injury.

LAHORE: The International Cricket Council’s (ICC) technical committee on Sunday approved Nasir Jamshed as Muhammad Hafeez’s replacement who will be unable to play the World Cup 2015 on account of a foot injury.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had approached the ICC technical committee recommending Nasir Jamshed as Hafeez’s replacement.
Commenting on Muhammad Hafeez and Junaid Khan’s departure the PCB Chairman, Shahryar Khan said it is not a good sign for Pakistan, but added that injuries are part of the game.
