Katherine Ryan, Canadian comedian and writer who is known for her sharp wit and humor, has shared an update with her fans from her hospital bed after undergoing cancer surgery.
The 40-year-old star, took to social media to reassure everyone that she is "on the mend" and feeling positive now after the surgery.
Taking to her Instagram account, Katherine shared the news with her followers about her condition, writing: “This is going so well by the way and should heal flat.”
She shared the message alongside a photo of her swollen arm hooked up to a drip.
Katherine first grew concerned back in 2022 after noticing changes in a mole. However, she pushed for more tests, believing it could have been missed if she hadn’t spoken up.
Katherine Ryan was first diagnosed with melanoma at 21, making this her second battle with the disease.
