Lil Nas X practiced ‘Dreamboy’ dance moves in the skies
Lil Nas X rehearsed in an unconventional way before performing new album ‘Dreamboy’
Lil Nas X seems to be pretty committed to his art.
The Old Town Road hitmaker brought his signature energy to New York City’s The Box on Thursday night, performing tracks from his upcoming album Dreamboy during a star-studded event.
But according to an eagle-eyed passenger, the rapper had already been warming up—at 30,000 feet.
A source revealed that just a day before his show, Lil Nas X was spotted on a JetBlue flight from LAX to NYC, busting out some moves mid-flight.
Decked out in a pink cowboy hat, pink jacket, and a matching pink carry-on, the 24-year-old artist was reportedly “wearing his AirPods and clearly listening to something fun.”
The insider added via Page Six, “He was dancing in the aisle while waiting to get to his seat. He was doing the arm movements and all.”
Fast forward to his performance at The Box, and the rapper kept the pink theme alive, pulling up to the venue in a pink Jeep before hitting the stage.
Before launching into his performance, Lil Nas X had one message for the crowd:
“Everybody, on a serious note: Let your f-king hair down, have some f-king fun,” he told the audience. “We don’t know how much time we have left on earth. Dance, be free, get drunk, do drugs and all that other cool sh*t.”
