The third day, nevertheless, was not without drama as West Indies spinner Jomel Warrican, who bagged five wickets in the second innings, pulled off WWE superstar John Cena's iconic "you can't see me" celebration after dismissing Pakistan's right arm off-spinner Sajid Khan.
Warrican didn't stop here as he followed this with a mimicry of Sajid's own unique style of celebration which is in fact inspired by Kabaddi.
The incident occurred in the 44th over of Pakistan's second innings when Sajid, attempting a tame push to the off-side with an angled bat, was bowled out by Warrican.
As Sajid walked past him, Warrican responded by mimicking Cena's famous pose, adding a lighthearted twist to the moment.
Warrican's celebration came after being subjected to the same when he was dismissed by Sajid earlier in the game.
The "you can't see me" pose, popularised by former 16-time WWE champion Cena, has become a signature move in the wrestling world, and its playful back-and-forth between the two spinners added flair to the intense contest.
Meanwhile, during the match, Babar Azam emerged as the top scorer with 31 runs followed by Mohammad Rizwan in second place with his contribution of 25 runs.
The defeat has sent Pakistan crashing to ninth and last in the World Test Championship table while the West Indies finished eighth.
