Zendaya spills secrets about filming Challengers' steamiest scene
Zendaya, American actress who is best known for her powerful acts and immense beauty, is right now turning up the heat with her latest movie Challengers.
The actress recently opened up about filming one of the bold scene where she shared very passionate kiss with her co-star Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist, the specific scene where she left everyone gawking at her.
In the movie Challengers, which was released on April 2024, Zendaya played role of Tashi, a tennis coach who got caught in very messy love triangle with her husband and ex-boyfriend Patrick.
During her recent interview with Actors On Actors, the Dune star started talking about how it feels to act in the moment where you have to play tough and challenging characters.
Zendaya shared: "You can tell if someone’s thinking about what they’re going to say or what they’re going to do with their hand."
"I’ve caught myself doing that, when you dissociate mid-take. Or you start thinking: “Why did I just do that with my eye? That was a really weird choice," she dished.
She further revealed how people ask her about her experience of playing such bold scene as she replied, "Really, it’s a four-, five-, six-, seven-, eight-, nine-way kiss,” because there’s so many people. There’s a camera coming at us at a certain time."
Zendaya went on spilling: "I know that when I go from Mike to Josh, when the camera comes in, I gotta move back. There’s so many things at play."
