Chad Michael Murray brings kids to every signed acting job, here's why
Chad Michael Murray talks about unique way he keeps kids with them, ‘I got to be there’
Chad Michael Murray wants “to be there” for his family, especially the kids.
The actor recently shared insights into his life as a devoted father to his three children, a 9-year-old son, a 6-year-old daughter, and a baby girl born in August 2023, whom he shares with his wife, actress Sarah Roemer.
The One Tree Hill alum affectionately refers to his family of five as The Pack, a fitting nickname for their close-knit dynamic.
Murray revealed that his family travels together for every project he takes on.
“I want to be there,” he said about his commitment to fatherhood. “I got to be there for my daughter’s first steps. I got to take her trick-or-treating for the first time.”
He added proudly, “And she crushed it!”
During the filming of Sullivan's Crossing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Murray embraced the local community while balancing work and family.
He also coaches his son’s football team, which he said is heading to the playoffs. Reflecting on the experience, he shared in a previous interview with Etalk, “I was coaching little league football with my son and all the kids coming, and we just had a camaraderie.”
The actor’s dedication to both his career and his family highlights his love for creating lasting memories with his children while staying actively involved in their lives.
