Luke Grimes reveals 'adorable' inspiration for his next album

Luke Grimes has revealed that his upcoming album will be deeply influenced by one person: his baby son.

People reported on Sunday, November 17, that before making his debut at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on Friday, November 15, the Yellowstone star opened up about how becoming a father has shaped his music.

"Man, having my baby has changed everything in every way possible," he says of his first child with wife Bianca Rodrigues Grimes. 

The couple welcomed their son on October 17, marking a new chapter in their almost six-year marriage.

"It’s like there’s a love growing inside of me that I didn’t know I was capable of,” Luke, 40, continued. “It’s incredible, and it’s scary because you have so much more skin in the game. You know what I mean?”

As the musician looks toward his next musical release, he revealed that his second album will be heavily inspired by his new role as a father.

"That’s the biggest influence in my life right now," he said of his son, whose name has not been revealed.

Luke further confessed that his son’s birth has brought him closer to Bianca, with whom he tied the knot in November 2018. "It’s been an amazing journey," he added.
