Halle Bailey seemed "extremely upset" with her ex DDG over their son’s protection.
Taking over X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday, November 6, the Little Mermaid star expressed frustration upon discovering that her nine-month-old son was featured in a livestream without her knowledge or consent.
"I wasn’t told or notified and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people," Bailey, 24, who was out of town when the livestream took place, wrote on the social media platform.
"I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn’t notified, especially when I am out of town," she added, expressing her disappointment over the extensive social media presence of Halo, whom she welcomed with her Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. in December 2023.
Bailey’s comments came after the rapper appeared on a livestream during Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 2 event on Twitch.
During the stream, he briefly brought his son on camera. Cenat, 22, then sliced the father-son moments from the stream and later shared them on his YouTube channel, fueling the mother’s frustration.
Bailey’s tiff comes just a month after she and DDG, 27, announced their breakup in early October.
"Dear friends and supporters, After much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways," he wrote in an Oct. 3 statement on his Instagram Stories.
"We are still best friends and adore each other," DDG continued, adding that he and Bailey will "focus on our individual journeys and our roles as co-parents."
