Jennifer Lopez seems to be incapable of getting over Ben Affleck even after taking a bold decision of filing for divorce from the Batman star on August 20.

From stepping into Hollywood studio to record ‘revenge’ album to setting up Google Alerts on the Gone Girl alum, Lopez appears to be frantically trying to save herself from drowning in the remains of her relationship with Affleck.

After getting enraged seeing sudden makeover in the Argo actor's look, she's now now obsessed over her own appearance and making herself desirable for the potential suitors.

According to Daily Mail, the 55-year-old revealed ‘self-care’ routine after an ‘intense year’ following the messy public separation from Ben.

Amid ex-boyfriend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ drama, the mother-of-two revealed details of the self-care routine, which includes meditation, she swears by to keep herself calm.

In an interview with People, the Marry Me star shared about her tumultuous year, “It was a pretty intense year for me.”

The On The Floor hitmaker further said, “I'm most looking forward to spending time with my kids and my family coming out from the East Coast.”

Talking to the outlet, Alex Rodriguez’s ex elaborated that the wellness routine she has adopted to cope with stress at work and home includes ‘sticking to my (her) skincare even when I'm (she is) tired’.

In an attempt to keep her mental health in check she finds 'moments to relax and recharge, whether it's through a little affirmation or a little mindful breathing meditation for a couple of minutes in the morning'.

Moreover, she added about how she manages to get a bit of 'me' time in the middle of her busy schedule, “Once the kids have gone to bed, I'm like, ‘okay, my time.’ Put my face mask on. Watch The Great British Baking Show or whatever's on.”
