LAHORE: The Pakistan Army has introduced a new facility of mobile hospital in Lahore Garrison to cater for health needs of Cantt residents at their doorstep.
According to ISPR the custom built mobile dispensary has been developed as part of health outreach convenience programme of Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Lahore.
The roving hospital comprises a four wheeler with multiple medical facilities including both male and female Army doctors, laboratory, pharmacy and an operation theatre for minor cases.
The mobile hospital will visit various Cantt colonies on weekly basis to provide on the spot medical support.
This welfare project is yet another step to supplement the already existing capacity of CMH Lahore and Garrison Medical Centres to cater for health needs of even greater number of residents in a shorter time span with hassle free environment without compromising on quality and standards.
