Royal fans outraged by William and Kate’s birthday tribute to Prince Harry

Royal fans were thrown into a frenzy this morning after Prince William and Princess Kate extended birthday wishes to Prince Harry, despite their ongoing estrangement. 

The gesture comes amidst a deep rift between the brothers, exacerbated by Harry’s explosive memoir Spare last year.

Despite the strained relationship, William publicly acknowledged Harry’s milestone 40th birthday with a social media post on the official channels. 

The message, which echoed King Charles' earlier greetings, read: "Wishing a Happy 40th Birthday to The Duke of Sussex!" 

On X, reactions to William and Kate’s birthday wishes for Prince Harry have sparked a wave of discontent among royal fans. 

Some users voiced their displeasure, citing Harry’s past behavior towards the royal family as a reason for their frustration.

One user expressed their mixed feelings, stating: love you William and Kate, but I can’t support anything related to this man." 

Another lamented, "He doesn’t deserve your best wishes after everything he’s done to his family over the last five years… but I get it!"

The criticism didn’t stop there, with some fans declaring their disappointment. One wrote: "This is more than he deserves. Truly."
