Jennifer Lopez is flying out to Toronto to support her ex-husband Ben Affleck’s latest film, Unstoppable.
Despite the pair’s ongoing divorce proceedings, sources close to JLo told Daily Mail that the singer is “excited” to attend the film’s debut at the Toronto Film Festival on Friday, “because it means a lot to her” and she “wants to support it.”
The 55-year-old star has a supporting role in the film as the mother of a wrestler, and the project is already generating Oscar buzz. Lopez co-produced the movie alongside her partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, while Affleck and his close pal Matt Damon oversaw its production.
The On The Floor hitmaker will bring the glam at the premiere, accompanied by friends. However, her stay in Toronto will be brief as she has “other matters to attend to.”
Though Lopez is committed to promoting the film despite the public divorce, Affleck will reportedly not be attending the premiere, according to Page Six.
