Jennifer Lopez has made her return to social media following her divorce filing from Ben Affleck.

On August 23, she shared a fan-posted selfie on her Instagram Stories, showcasing her in a cozy blush-colored outfit with big blonde hair, posed in front of a decorated Christmas tree with gifts and flowers, and a clothing rack in the background, giving a glimpse into her festive and relaxed vibe.

The Atlas star has broken her social media silence after filing for divorce from the Hypnotic actor, posting a throwback selfie from a 2020 glam session, dubbed "Deluxe Glam Barbie" by hairstylist Chris Appleton.

This marks her first post since filing for divorce on August 20, citing irreconcilable differences and listing April 26 as their separation date.

Lopez, who wed Affleck in July 2022 without a prenuptial agreement, filed the divorce papers without an attorney present, signaling the end of their two-year marriage.

Earlier, People magazine reported that Affleck and Lopez had genuine intentions when they rekindled their romance, with the source saying, "They really loved each other, and it happened fast."

This is a second chance for the couple, who were previously engaged in the early 2000s but called off their wedding just days before tying the knot.

"They were really going to give it a try, and they did," added the source of the now-exes getting back together.

"These are two people who are in love with love, and who wouldn't jump into that? And the world wanted it."

Just last week, Lopez was spotted leaving Affleck's Brentwood, California, rental home, where he had celebrated his 52nd birthday on August 15, suggesting the couple had spent time together recently despite spending much of the summer apart.
