Victoria Beckham prompts husband David Beckham to comment on her ‘next level’ muscles as she posed in a plunging beach dress.

The former English footballer took to his Instagram to share an update on his wife’s current workout routine.

He captioned the post featuring his wife, who follows a famously disciplined workout routine, “Annoyingly elegant”

The former Spice Girl comfortably sat in her chair, sporting a beach hat as she soaked in the sun.

In addition, Beckham added another photo of his sweetheart posing in a back swimsuit as he wrote across the post, “I MEAN”

Previously, Victoria opened up to The Guardian’s Weekly Magazine about her ‘very very disciplined’ fitness routine.

She said at the time that her hardcore workout features a "mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running. That's the only time I watch TV – boxsets, documentaries – so I look forward to that. It takes 45 minutes".

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with The Sun in August 2022, Victoria's personal trainer, Bobby Rich, shared an insider's perspective on her fitness routine.

He said, "Victoria's training is a priority to her and her dedication is nothing short of impressive. She is with me in the gym five days a week – and even if she's travelling there are no excuses, and we move to online sessions. Either way, she's putting the work in.”
