Married At First Sight’s Lucinda Light looked back on her experience on the popular dating show.
During an exclusive conversation with Daily Mail Australia, the 43-year-old, who resides in a coastal town on the Great Ocean Road, reflected on her journey on MAFS and its aftermath.
She said, “The amount of opportunities that have come my way has been beyond my wildest imaginings.”
In addition, Lucinda also admitted to feeling bizarre over her fame while travelling to bigger cities.
“I live in a quiet coastal town, so mostly I'm keeping things normal on a domestic level—cooking, enjoying nature, and getting good sleep. It's still quite surreal being recognised when I'm in Melbourne or elsewhere.
“I love the exchange of love in those moments when someone greets me like a long-lost friend. It's so beautiful actually.
“The other day I had a concreter around to do some work on the house and he made me laugh so much with his shock and delight – ‘It's you Lucinda, it's you!’”
Speaking about her time on the show, she expressed gratitude to the cast and crew, describing it as an "utterly unique experience."
