RHOC: Alexis Bellino and Shannon Beador face off over John Janssen

Alexis Bellino and Shannon Beador are addressing the elephant in the room.

During the season 18 premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County aired on Thursday July 11, the women finally confronted each other about John Janssen — Alexis’s current boyfriend and Shannon’s ex.

Shannon, 60, initiated the conversation by recounting her tumultuous history with Alexis’s ex-husband, Jim Bellino, who sued Shannon and Tamra Judge for defamation in 2018.

“I know this is uncomfortable for both of us, when you’re the ex and I’m the new,” replied Alexis, 47, further denying any personal involvement in the lawsuit.

“If you go back to any court documents and anything else, show me the proof of my name being on anything, because Jim and I had been divorced for six months when he sued you,” Alexis challenged.

In a confessional, Alexis suggested, “None of it is the root of the problem. The root of the problem is you’re mad that I have a boyfriend and you’re not going to win the battle with him. You’re not.”

And she certainly didn’t shy away from expressing these sentiments to Shannon, saying, “I think what the real issue is here is that I have your ex-boyfriend. That’s what the real issue is. So, guess what? Move on. We’re moving forward in this relationship.”

As Alexis walked away, Shannon yelled out, “I thank you for taking him from me, Alexis,” to which Alexis replied, “And I’m thankful that he left you.”
