Blake Shelton thanks Gwen Stefani for ‘greatest birthday ever’
Blake Shelton shares funny pictures in thank you post
Blake Shelton capped off his 48th birthday celebrations with a thank you note for his beloved wife, Gwen Stefani.
The country singer took to Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, to express his gratitude to his wife for the "greatest birthday" bash.
"Thank you @gwenstefani for the greatest birthday ever!!!!!" he wrote in the caption of the carousel with funny pictures.
"Plus, we finally found the hotel…" Shelton added in the latter part of the caption that continued his last post in which he was riding a bicycle.
"I’ve drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to be sure I made it back to the hotel safely…" he wrote in his previous post.
"I’m still not there though…" was the part he continued in his latest social media post.
Meanwhile, the hilarious cover photo of the Wednesday post featured the Austin chart-topper rocking a green Hawaiian shirt.
He accessorised his birthday look with a disco ball-styled helmet, paired with orange novelty glasses with "Happy Birthday" text around the frame.
In the next photo, the Voice coach was sleeping in a hotel bed, wearing the same shirt, while at the head side wall of the bed, big silver foil "Happy Birthday" balloons were hanging.
Shelton's post came a day after his wife wished him on his birthday with a video compilation of the couple’s sweet moments
