Gwen Stefani made a sweet and special move to mark Blake Shelton’s 48th birthday.
The lead vocalist of No Doubt band took to Instagram on Tuesday, June 18, to post a video in which several clips featured her and Shelton spending time together and smiling.
The montage of short clips was set to their duet, Purple Irises, in the background.
The loved-up video compilation was accompanied by a caption that read, "Happy birthday to the greatest, @blakeshelton [white heart emoji]. U are my everything!!"
Shortly after the birthday post, Shelton hilariously reacted to his birthday wishes on social media.
He wrote, "Thanks for the birthday wishes, everybody," accompanying a photo of himself riding a bicycle.
"I’ve drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to be sure I made it back to the hotel safely," he quipped, "… I’m still not there, though…"
Additionally, the country singers started dating in November 2015, and after over five years of dating, they tied the knot in July 2021.
Shelton has no biological children but is the stepfather of Stefani’s children.
The mother of three welcomed all kids, Kingstone, 18, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, with her ex. Gavin Rossdale.
