‘Knives Out 3’ cast onboards Andrew Scott
Andrew Scott joins the cast of the third movie in the ‘Knives Out’ franchise
Andrew Scott is on the Knives Out 3 cast.
The actor, who has also starred in Ripley and Fleabag, will star in the threequel of the Knives Out, alongside previously announced cast members, that include Challengers breakout Josh O’Connor and Cailee Spaeny, who first got to fame with Priscilla.
Daniel Craig is set to reprise his role as the witty detective in the lens’ focus, Benoit Blanc.
The third instalment of Knives Out is being written and directed by Rian Johnson. In addition, he is producing alongside Ram Bergman, his T-Street colleague who collaborated on the prior two films.
Production on Wake Up Dead Man is anticipated to begin shortly, with a 2025 release date.
Johnson and Craig have hinted that this is Blanc's "most dangerous case yet," however plot specifics are still unknown.
“I love everything about whodunits, but one of the things I love most is how malleable the genre is,” Johnson wrote on social media before revealing the threequel’s title.
“There’s a whole tonal spectrum from Carr to Christie, and getting to explore that range is one of the most exciting things about making Benoit Blanc movies.”
