Prince William seems to be ready to take the throne as he received a great honour form King Charles III's office after his first major royal event at Buckingham Palace since his father and Wife's cancer diagnosis.
The royal family's social media accounts shared a delightful post to pay a special tribute to heir to the throne William as he teamed up with his royal cousins to host a garden party at the Palace on Tuesday.
The post comes day after Prince Harry lost his latest court bid. It suggests as the royals are still united and Harry's exit does not make any difference.
The Palace seemingly hinted at the Prince of Wales' future role with the newest post after William put on a united front with young royals to send a powerful message to the world with his beaming smile.
William, Zara Tindall, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie and other royals' adorable photos were captioned: "Come rain or shine!
"Yesterday, The Prince of Wales, accompanied by The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and other members of the Royal Family, hosted a Garden Party on behalf of The King."
The statement continued: "Around 8000 people, who have contributed to their communities across the UK, were invited to enjoy the afternoon (despite the weather!) in the gardens of Buckingham Palace."
William was giving King's vibe as he appeared in high spirit as rains seemingly washed away all his worries, looking dashing in a morning suit and top hat as he stepped in to host a lavish party in absence of his sweet wife Kate Middleton, who continues to stay out of the public eye as she undergoes cancer treatment.
The post attracts massive likes and hearts from the royal fans, with one writing: "The Prince of Wales looks amazing and look at that smile. Wonderful photos of everyone!"
Another fan wrote: "He's the worthy Heir! Thank God he cane 1st!"
