Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck want to expand their family to strengthen their relationship, as per a news source.

The Hollywood A-list couple, who have been living with their blended family, has reportedly expressed their desire to welcome their own baby.

As reported by Life & Style, the Air director "was completely happy with the blended family they already have — but he loves kids, that’s why he agreed to having another" with the love of his life. 

The source claimed that it is Lopez's idea to have another child and Affleck respects her decisions as he "wants her to be happy."

An insider shared that the couple are in the planning stages and searching for a suitable surrogate.

The source added, "Jennifer is obsessing over every detail — she intends to interview surrogate candidates herself and see where they live and be at every doctor’s appointment."

According to the publication, the Ain't Your Mama singer "talks about it nonstop."

However, initially, "Ben figures it’s easier to go along with her, but he’s realizing what he’s gotten himself into. It’s just going to get more hectic!"

For the unversed, Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner co-parent their three kids, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 11.

On the other hand, Lopez shares twins Emme and Max, 16 with her former husband Marc Anthony.
