Lionel Messi makes his fans happy again by interacting with them.
Sporting Kansas City's 3-2 setback against Inter Miami CF on Saturday at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium featured an abundance of goals, according to The Kansas City Star.
Regretfully, there were also several pitch invaders.
The main attraction at Arrowhead Stadium for the game, which drew over 70,000 fans, was Lionel Messi of Miami as football had a major night in Kansas City.
While the game was being played, a few of those supporters made the decision that they wanted to meet the 36-year-old Argentinian.
This was not a novel occurrence since fans have previously run onto the pitch to welcome the greatest football player in the world.
However, it occurred several times Saturday (five fans, according to one estimate, attempted to get on the pitch), and a handful were able to take pictures with the Argentina international.
Among them was also a young fan who was greeted with applause from Arrowhead supporters.
