Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been advised to show empathy and support to King Charles and Kate Middleton through their illnesses and stop playing on their royal connections.
The Duchess of Sussex has also been urged to follow in Kate Middleton's footsteps to win hearts.
A PR expert also warned Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's parents against their strategy of "showing off", saying the public "often dislikes the hypocrisy of the couple showing off their privileged life.”
"They need to become more relatable to the British public, Meghan could consider toning down her use of designer labels and opting for frugal options, like Kate," public relations guru Lynn Carratt told the Daily Mirror.
"If Meghan and Harry are set on building their popularity up, there needs to be some consistency and authenticity running across their brand as a couple," said Carratt.
The expert also urged Harry and Meghan to "leverage the media as a platform to promote their work” instead of "giving explosive interviews about her time in the Royal Family, which might attract juicy gossip."
