Kate Middleton’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith is adding more challenges for the Royal Family.
Goldsmith, the younger brother of the Princess of Wales’ mother, Carole Middleton, is set to appear on ITV's reboot of Celebrity Big Brother, after coming off air in 2018.
Goldsmith has reportedly "infuriated" the Middleton family after signing on to the show, particularly the Princess's parents, Carole and Michael.
According to a royal insider, the family are "not happy" about him being a contestant in the Big Brother house.
The insider revealed: "Gary said he’s been read the riot act by Kate’s mum Carole and her dad Michael.
"They aren’t happy he’s going into Celebrity Big Brother. It is infuriating for them. Kate doesn’t need this stress."

Discussing the upcoming appearance, GB News Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker said this isn't the first attempt by Goldsmith to appear on reality television.
He noted that Princess Kate's uncle was "backtracked" from appearing on ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, after concerns from the broadcaster about "upsetting" the Palaces.
Cameron told GB News: "Carole Middleton is not particularly impressed."
When asked what details Goldsmith may reveal about the Princess of Wales, Cameron said: "I think to be honest, if Gary does talk about his niece, the Princess of Wales, I think it will be quite measured.
"I think he'll be very supportive and probably singing her praises. He did an interview with GB News around a year ago where he really did praise the Princess of Wales's down to earth nature, saying she was very much a hugger, a family person, even when the cameras are turned off."
Cameron suggested the appearance may cause a "headache" for the Royal Family, particularly as he is the great uncle of Prince George, "the future King".
He also predicted that although he will be favourable of the Wales's, he could be "very critical" of the Sussexes.
