Ariana Grande embraces ‘hippie’ vibes for upcoming music video
Ariana Grande teased clip from one of her upcoming songs from new album
Ariana Grande teased fans with a “hippie” glimpse from her upcoming new music, Friday.
The singer, 30, released a clip from her music video of her forthcoming album, Eternal Sunshine.
The snippet appears to be set in a medical office in the 1970s with Ariana portraying a hippie woman named "Peaches".
The popstar dons a denim coat with faux fur collar and a grey top, appearing seated.
Styling her long blonde hair in a high ponytail, the singer added a silver circle painted around her left eye in her makeup.
The character that Grande plays can be seen filling out a form with seventies style Muzak playing in the background of the wood-panelled office.
“You have given extensive thought behind your decision and give ‘Brighter Days Inc’ the exclusive permission to remove this person completely from your memory,” the last line of the form read.
Grande checks the “Yes” box and signs the form with her name Peaches, adding a heart in the signature.
At the end of the teaser, the screen goes to black, and the words “we can't be friend (coming soon)” pop up.
“We can't be friends,” the Grammy winner captioned the post. “One week til eternal sunshine.”
