Prince Harry, who claims to love his family, has seemingly missed an 'ample opportunity' to fix 'bitter dispute' with his elder brother Prince William amid royal health crisis.

The Duke of Sussex, who travelled to the UK to see his cancer-stricken father King Charles, did not share even a single word about his once beloved sister-in-law Kate Middleton.

Harry could have eased tension with William by visiting Princess Kate who's recuperating at home after abdominal surgery. The disgruntled royal, who spoke of his father's illness in his latest interview, did not even share a kind word for the future queen.

His words for mother-of-three could help end rift with his brother. It could also bring smile to his dad King Charles's face recuperating as the monarch always wants to make peace between the two feuding brothers.

Harry spoke candidly about his father's illness in interview with Good Morning America during his latest joint appearance with Meghan Markle in Canada.

Harry said: "I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I'm grateful for that."

He also suggested a possible reconciliation following King Charles's cancer diagnosis: "I think any illness, any sickness, brings families together."

Royal Correspondent Michael Cole claims the brothers are embroiled in a bitter dispute and chances of them healing the rift are slim and none.

"Prince Harry said on this television interview that I love my family. Well, he's not shown a great deal of love towards them with some very cruel, unkind and hurtful allegations against all the senior members of the Royal family."

Cole went on: "He had ample opportunity to say some kind of compassionate words about his sister-in-law Kate, Princess of Wales, who quite clearly has undergone some major surgery, abdominal surgery."
