Prince William seen dating mystery girl in hit royal drama
Future King Prince William allegedly had several girlfriends at university before he began dating Princess Kate
Prince William and Kate Middleton's whirlwind University romance is depicted in season six of the hit royal drama 'The Crown', it also entertains the watchers with the couple's relationships with other people.
The first part of the show is about the tragic death of William and Harry's mom Princess Diana, while, the final part spends two episodes on the future King's time at university in Scotland, and the beginnings of his romance with his future wife, Princess Kate.
In the Netflix fiction, William (Ed McVey) is shown to initially have some trouble getting to know girls at the academy. It's only after his younger brother Harry's (Luther Ford) encouragement that he makes a move on a girl at a house party and they begin dating.
In a scene, William is shown to be dating a student named Lola (Honor Swinton Byrne), even while he begins to develop feelings for Kate.
On the show, the fictional character Lola Airedale-Cavendish-Kinkade (Honor Swinton Byrne) and William's romance quickly fizzled out when she realized that William was "bracing and outdoorsy."
It's claimed that the heir to the throne in real life reportedly had several girlfriends at university before he began dating Kate, including Rose Farquhar, Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (the three last names perhaps provided inspiration for Lola Airdale-Cavendish-Kincaid), Olivia Hunt, Carly Massy-Birch, and Davina Duckworth-Chad.
It seems that Lola may be inspired by a few people, rather than just one. But none of this really happened, because Lola Airdale-Cavendish-Kincaid is a fictional character. Rather, Lola, described as "from a family so posh they had to name it thrice," functions as a stand-in composite of all of William's posh ex-girlfriends.
