Prince Harry's American dream at risk as Duke faces deportation
Prince Harry reportedly landed in trouble for his visa application which could see him packing his bags
Prince Harry could see his American dreams come crashing to the ground as the Duke of Sussex risked deportation after "lying" on his visa application about his drug use.
The Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank, has since called for more clarity on his visa application which the Department of Homeland Security has tightly kept under wraps.
However, Greg Steube, a Florida representative, called out US President Joe Biden on the massive gaffe, which has since riled up the Duke of Sussex's critics for deportation.
Nile Gardiner, director of The Heritage Foundation told GB News: "I think firstly with regard to the Biden administration, they will do all they can to try and stop the release of Harry's records.
"Ultimately it will be decided by by federal judge, but if those records are released and if it is found that Prince Harry has lied on his application, there will be tremendous public pressure for Harry to be deported from the United States."
However, sources close to the royal told Telegraph that he was honest about his drug use in his visa application but may face scrutiny by a future Republican president.
"Now, if you have a Republican president in place, you can be sure that a Republican leader would strictly enforce US immigration laws.
"And if Harry has broken those laws by lying on his application, I'm in no doubt that a Republican president would swiftly remove him from the United States."
