Notice issued to interior ministry over Ayyan’s contempt of court plea

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has adjourned till May 4 hearing of contempt of court plea, filed by model Ayyan Ali over non-removal of her name from ECL besides issuing notices to interior ministry and others.
A single bench of the SHC comprising Justice Ahmad Ali M Sheikh Wednesday took up for hearing contempt of court petition filed by model Ayyan Ali.

Justice Ahmad Ali M Sheikh said to prosecutor tell us when Ayyan Ali name was placed in ECL again.
Qadir Mandokhel counsel for Ayyan Ali told the court that we have come to know through media that Ayyan Ali name has been included in ECL on FBR request.
The court while issuing notices to interior ministry, immigration department and others adjourned the hearing of case till May 4.
