KARACHI: Local authorities have no record about hit-and-run case involving bollywood star Salman Khan as files related to the accident were gutted in fire, Indian media reported on Thursday.

KARACHI: Local authorities have no record about hit-and-run case involving bollywood star Salman Khan as files related to the accident were gutted in fire, Indian media reported on Thursday.
According to reports, the files were burnt in 2012 in a fire that had erupted in a government building.
A man was killed and four others injured when Salman Khan’s vehicle crushed into a footpath in 2002.
This month, A court sentenced Mr Khan to five years imprisonment, but the bollywood actor got relief when the Mumbai High Court granted him bail, suspending his sentence.
