ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan on Sunday said changes were likely in the Pakistan squad after its defeat at the hands of Bangladesh.

"We didn’t only lose, we lost badly against Bangladesh," he said while talking to the media at the inauguration ceremony of a cricket ground at the Pakistan Sweet Homes Islamabad.

Speaking about the Pakistan’s performance during Bangladesh tour, he pointed out flaws in the whole system including organisation, coaching and fitness that eventually led to defeat.

Highlighting the causes of Pakistan’s poor performance, the PCB chairman added that young players were not given opportunity in the team.

He said that foolproof security would be provided to Zimbabwe cricket team during its Pakistan tour.

The touring Pakistani team not only suffered their first-ever whitewash against Bangladesh in the ODIs but also lost the only T20 match of the series.

The two-Test series between the two teams will kick-off in Khulna from April 28.
