Pakistan flays US drone strike in North Waziristan

- November 01, 2013 - Updated 2123 PKT - From Web Edition

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the US drone strike that took place in North Waziristan on Friday evening, killing at least 6 people.

“These strikes are a violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. There is an across the board consensus in Pakistan that these drone strikes must end” said a statement issued by the foreign office.

“Pakistan has consistently maintained that drone strikes are counter-productive, entail loss of innocent civilian lives and have human rights and humanitarian implications. Such strikes also set dangerous precedents in the inter-state relations” the statement noted.

“These drone strikes have a negative impact on the mutual desire of both countries to forge a cordial and cooperative relationship and to ensure peace and stability in the region” it added.

It is the same usa that created Osama and Taliban, called them freedom fighters and backed them against Soviet.

This is the an absolute lie. They will not escape from the punishment of God.

Of course the government PR folks speak loudly against the drone strikes. It covers their own incompetence in successfully eradicating the threat of militants within Pakistan.

TRUTH: Pakistan strongly condemns drone strikes that are killing the terrorists they are harboring! This is the same Pakistan that harbored Osama Bin Ladin, architect of the murder of more than 3,000 Americans in a cowardly act on 9/11. So, Pakistan, how cooperative was that?!?! We hope to introduce terrorists in Pakistan to even more payback.
