As revelations surrounding former-Prince Andrew continue to make headlines, it's not just the media or public keeping King Charles on edge, but also members of his own family.

Sources reveal that His Majesty is being criticized from his own family members over how he has handled Andrew's scandal.

While the former Duke of York is under investigation for alleged misconduct related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Charles' decision to strip him off royal titles and exile him too Norfolk has drawn criticism from senior royals.

According to Closer Magazine, Princess Anne, the sister of King Charles believes that the monarch's decision to exile Andrew to Norfolk had been "too harsh."

The source stated, "Moving Andrew out of Royal Lodge may have solved one problem because at least he’s out of Windsor and officially lost his title along with Sarah [Ferguson]. But the fact he’s still lurking in the background and living at one of his brother’s other residences means he’s still very much a part of Charles’s life, especially as he’s funding Andrew’s day-to-day existence for now."

"It’s a bleak, arduous process that’s sapped his spirits and left him at rock bottom in terms of morale. Charles wants to be enjoying his reign and to be taking things slowly, yet he finds himself engulfed in what’s undoubtedly the biggest scandal the royal family has ever seen," the source added.

However, King Charles reportedly has no choice now. The source said, "It’s to his immense credit that Charles continues to show strength and resilience in the face of insurmountable upheaval. But there’s a growing sense that it’s way too much for him to handle at this stage of his life."

"His loved ones are so angry with Andrew but more than anything they’re worried sick about what this is doing to The King," the source added of cancer-stricken King Charles.
