The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has arrested two accused Abdul Wahid and Irfan Ahmed in a land scam case worth millions of rupees.
According to a NAB spokesman, the accused, in connivance with each other, prepared a fake and bogus General Power of Attorney (GPA) of land measuring 118 Kanal on behalf of the Green View Housing Society and started selling the same to general public.
The accused did so without approval the approval of authority concerned. By doing so, the accused committed the offence of cheating public at large.
The spokesman added that accused would be produced before the accountability courrt for obtaining their physical remand.
