Balochistan literacy

By our correspondents
November 29, 2015
Despite being the largest and the most resourceful province, Balochistan suffers from a high illiteracy rate, poor infrastructure for schools and only a few universities – and those too with unqualified staff in place.
There are a total of two universities for social and natural sciences, two universities for management sciences and one medical college in which two seats are reserved for each district of the province. This dismal condition calls for drastic measures to stop the illiteracy rate from worsening.
