Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Imtiaz Ali's film 'Amar Singh Chamkila'
Parineeti Chopra revealed that she did not seek help from her cousin-sister and globally known artist Priyanka Chopra to boost her career in Bollywood.
In conversation with Raj Shamani on his podcast, the Ishqzaade actress shared, "If being related to Priyanka Chopra could’ve helped my career, then I wouldn’t have had any flops in my career."
Parineeti said that she has been through quite difficult phases in the last 10 years of her acting career in Bollywood.
The Hasee Toh Phasee actress also opened up about the debate of nepotism in B-town.
She said, "The comparisons will never end. So, what happens is, you can be a complete outsider, and it’s very difficult to survive."
The 35-year-old actress added, "Or, you could be related to somebody and get that first meeting, but after that, your journey is your own."
On the professional front, Parineeti is presently enjoying the success of her new film, Amar Singh Chamkila, co-starring Diljit Dosanjh as the male lead.
